Protectus.
pilarsmilk: An ocean of song tin coined beneath her. Silken sashes of wave like tides. Her dances solo—bared—feet for solidarity. Goddess Isis Protectus from ourselves. We dance for thee. Dreamed weaver and keeper of this throat to eat the word: our mother and four fathers. Will drown in song dance in the raging rivers of this. Flood.

Reformation.
Dancing, in the rainy city streets, she is laughing at the band-aid suture mock. Laughing at the blood, laughing at life that can do little more than lie, and the other’s using what they have to substantiate or repair this which can be fixed, if people would only try. Laugh, loud, laugh mad. She didn’t want to touch him. She wanted to feed him, she wanted her friend. He was never there. He was...

Stand-up comedy.
“Your momma this, your momma that. We all know your momma is too fat.” Now that was funny. Or was it simply insecurity pointing fingers? I’m sorry, but I find true comedy in that which can reflect on itself, laugh, and in the process help someone else realize something through laughter. Even something minimal, like brushing your teeth will keep the drill from your pearls.
